Number five-ranked ONE flyweight kickboxing contender Elias Mahmoudi scored a massive victory against number three-ranked divisional contender Taiki Naito on August 2 at ONE Fight Night 24.
Mahmoudi scored a late knockout finish against Naito in their flyweight kickboxing clash in front of the Lumpinee Stadium crowd in Bangkok, Thailand. ONE Championship recently posted one of Mahmoudi's highlights during the fight, and they wrote the Instagram video's caption with:
"Chaining it together ⛓️ Elias Mahmoudi always stays on the hunt 😤 @elias_mahmoudi_official."

In the video, 'The Sniper' snapped back the the 'Silent Sniper's' head back with a front kick-spinning backfist-left high kick combination that stunned the Japanese in the opening round.
It was only a snippet of the Algerian star's masterful performance, as he went on to finish the bout in the dying seconds of the third and final round with a beautiful spinning backfist strike.
This was Mahmoudi's fourth win under the world's largest martial arts organization since his debut in January 2019. The other three athletes who were already on his victim list were Yukinori Ogasawara, Lerdsila Phuket Top Team, and Edgar Tabares.

Apart from the highlight-reel finish that could inch him closer to a potential world title shot in the foreseeable future, the 26-year-old striking sensation also received an additional $50,000 from ONE Championship CEO Chatri Sityodtong for his outstanding performance.
Mahmoudi was joined by Aliff Sor Dechapan (who defeated Zakaria El Jamari via first-round in their catchweight Muay Thai fight) and Mayssa Bastos (who defeated Danielle Kelly via unanimous decision in their ONE atomweight submission grappling world title match) as the recipients of the coveted bonus from Sityodtong.
