Watch: Fan gets knocked out cold in crowd brawl ahead of Serhii Bohachuk vs. Vergil Ortiz Jr., boxing world reacts

Boxing fans all over the world recently shared their opinions about a fan who was knocked out cold during a brawl in the crowd before the Serhii Bohachuk vs. Vergil Ortiz Jr. fight. The boxing event features Bohachuk defending his WBC interim super welterweight title against Ortiz Jr. at the Michelob Ultra Arena in Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.

Ahead of the main event, an altercation between fans in the crowd resulted in one of them being viciously knocked out. The person who landed the shot was seen being hauled out of the arena by security personnel.

Fight Hub TV's Marcos Villegas shared the clip of the incident on X, with the caption saying:

As for the main event, Bohachuk (24-1) is currently on a six-fight win streak. He is coming off a unanimous decision victory against Brian Mendoza.

Meanwhile, Ortiz Jr.'s (21-0) victories have all been by knockout, and he most recently defeated Thomas Dulorme in the first round of their bout.

Ortiz Jr. is the -330 favorite in this bout, while Bohachuk is the +250 underdog, according to CBS Sports.
