Rodtang Jitmuangnon will be back in action for his upcoming world title defense of the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world championship on Nov. 8 against Jacob Smith. They will co-headline the ONE 169 card inside the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

In a recent Instagram post by the world's largest martial arts organization, Rodtang was seen being his usual self in the gym during his training camp. The caption read:

"He is "The Iron Man" 😜🥊 Does Rodtang have the power to defend his flyweight Muay Thai crown against Jacob Smith in their high-stakes rematch at ONE 169? @rodtang_jimungnon"

'The Iron Man's' chin was tested by his trainer as he blitzed him with several punches, much like his opponents have done in his previous fights. Rodtang, being his usual self, took the blows without any issue whatsoever.

Rodtang answered those punches with a solid left hook that connected to the pad holder's chin and immediately dropped him.

Rodtang didn't give any prediction for his rematch with Jacob Smith, Wants to retain his championship

The Jitmuangnon Gym representative once again had the opportunity to see his upcoming challenger face-to-face during the media day ahead of their highly anticipated second meeting.

This was also the perfect time for him to give his thoughts about the bout. Although he didn't give any predictions, Rodtang firmly declared that he intends to keep the 26-pound golden belt, as he said:

"There's nothing much I would like to say, but I want to keep this belt. I will defend my belt. This is my gift to my wife's family and all the fans watching and to all of the fighters at ONE 169, please do your best."

The loaded ONE 169 card will emanate from the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on Nov. 8, and North American viewers with an active Prime Video subscription can watch all the action live and for free.
