Current ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon spent some time training with one of the sport's most beloved superstars—Buakaw.
In a video shared on Instagram, 'The Iron Man' was seen holding pads for the multi-time Muay Thai world champion. Of course, that didn't stop Buakaw from taking a few shots at Rodtang's chin before dumping him in the closing seconds of the clip, which you can see below. The caption of the post read:
"Just came to visit and you got hit".

Rodtang returns to the win column with a dominant performance against Denis Puric
Returning to the Circle at ONE 167 in Bangkok, Rodtang climbed back into the win column with a dominant unanimous decision victory over 'The Bosnian Menace' Denis Puric in a catchweight kickboxing clash. It was the Thai's first time competing since seeing his coming up short on the scorecards against 'The Kicking Machine' Superlek at ONE Friday Fights 34 in September.
With another win in the books, 'The Iron Man' is hoping to return to the Circle later this year for a long-awaited scrap with Japanese kickboxing sensation Takeru Segawa.
The two were originally set to square off at ONE 165 in Tokyo, but Rodtang was forced out of the contest due to a hand injury, paving the way for Superlek to step in and take his place at the event.
