Popular streamer Fousey apologized to KSI for his controversial comments. Fousey has struggled with mental health issues in the past which resulted in him getting banned from streaming platforms like Kick. Fousey was later transferred to a mental health institution in 2023, which seems to have helped him overcome the issues.
During the recent MF & DAZN X Series 17 event, Fousey approached KSI and apologized to him for his previous comments:
"KSI, Mams [Taylor] brought to my attention yesterday that last year during my manic state. I went and said f*** Misfits Boxing... I saw the clip and I want to say I apologize for that. I was not in the right mental state."
KSI accepted the apology as the duo exchanged pleasantries and parted ways on a cordial note.

In another video posted on social media, Fousey explained that he did not believe when Mams Taylor told him about his expletive-ridden rant about Misfits boxing and KSI. He also claimed to have no memory of the incident. However, when Taylor sent him a video clip of his rant, Fousey decided to apologize to KSI.
When crossover boxing star Slim Albaher decided to leave for another promotion, Fousey criticized Misfits Boxing in harsh words. He implied that the promotion might have mistreated Albaher. Reflecting on the comments in the latest video, Fousey said:
"What I didn't know when I made my comments, that Slim was offered 10 fights that he declined. He was being treated very well. So my comments were very unfair. So I need to look into that to see if there's anything I can do to rectify there."
