American Muay Thai fighter Luke Lessei produced one of the more impressive performances at ONE Fight Night 27 on Jan. 10 in Thailand with his clinical dismantling of Canadian Cody Jerome in their catchweight (160.5 lbs) showdown. 'The Chef' was thorough with his use of his kicks to pummel the body of his opponent, scoring three crushing knockdowns in the opening round that left Jerome with nothing left to give when it was all said and done.
ONE Championship provided a ringside view of Lessei's masterful performance on its official Instagram profile for fans to have a better appreciation of how special it was.

Luke Lessei says he is ready to take on bigger things following win at ONE Fight Night 27
The win he had at ONE Fight Night 27 in Jan. 10 was huge for Luke Lessei, and he has shown that he is now ready to take on even bigger challenges moving forward.
He shared this during the post-fight interview with ONE analyst and commentator Mitch Chilson following his first-round TKO win over Cody Jerome at Bangkok's Lumpinee Stadium.
'The Chef' highlighted that his latest victory was the fruit of his reinvigorated thrust as a fighter, saying:
"My two coaches over there at Beacon [Mixed Martial Arts] have unlocked a new 'Chef' and we're cooking different recipes, man. I don't know. The confidence was at an all-time high. I have a mental performance coach, Jerry Walsh, and it's like I have a bullet-proof mind right now and I'm ready to take on the world after today."
Lessei made his ONE debut in December 2023 after making a name for himself in the Muay Thai scene in the United States.
