WATCH: Japanese sniper Taiki Naito’s ingenious spinning backfist set-up against China’s Wang Wenfeng

Flyweight contender Taiki Naito's fourth win in ONE Championship came at the expense of Chinese fighter Wang Wenfeng in June 2021 at ONE: Full Blast II, which happened inside the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Taiki secured the unanimous decision victory over Wang in their flyweight kickboxing bout, and one of the best strikes landed during the match was recently reposted by the promotion on their official Instagram account.

They wrote in the video's caption:

In the video, the 'Silent Sniper' used an unorthodox technique to land a beautiful spinning backfist against 'Metal Storm.' Naito faked a flying knee and quickly transitioned to the spinning attack.

This resulted in a powerful picture-perfect backfist that momentarily stunned Wang and disrupted his rhythm during the fight.

Taiki is now booked to face Elias Mahmoudi in a flyweight kickboxing contest at ONE Fight Night 24, which emanates inside the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
