Jonathan Haggerty ensured he was well-equipped before he flew to the United States for ONE 168: Denver.
The reigning two-sport world champion has been on a multimedia run as of late, and he shared on YouTube what transpired during his Thailand training camp in Koh Samui.
Haggerty held much of his training camp in the picturesque Thai coastal city in preparation for his defense of the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title against Superlek Kiatmoo9 in the main event of ONE 168.
The British superstar's second defense of his bantamweight Muay Thai throne goes down on September 6 at Ball Arena.

In the second episode of his Road to Superlek docuseries, Haggerty shared what transpired in Koh Samui and how he spent some of his time relaxing in the city.
Collaborating with BuiltDifferentSports, the two-sport king wrote:

Haggerty, who's also the reigning ONE bantamweight kickboxing world champion, will face Superlek for the second time in his career after they met outside of ONE Championship in 2018,
Superlek, the reigning ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion, holds a win over Haggerty when they squared off at Yokkao in the United Kingdom.

Jonathan Haggerty excited to headline ONE 168 in his US debut
Jonathan Haggerty is no stranger to main eventing the big stage. He's been on the headliner for six of his 10 fight cards in ONE Championship, but his next one might be the biggest of his career.
'The General' will make his United States debut at ONE 168, and the two-sport king couldn't hide his excitement to close the show in Denver this September.
In an interview with The Sporting News, Haggerty said:
"It's my first time [competing in the US]. I'm very excited. I'm thankful that ONE Championship has given me this opportunity to fight in the main event and defend my title against such a great opponent in Superlek."
