If you think you have an idea how insanely good Jonathan Haggerty is at kicking, think again. The former ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champ is not just one of the most powerful and technical kickers in the sport, he also has otherworldly coordination between his eyes and his limbs.

In a video posted by ONE Championship on Instagram, 'The General' was seen kicking tennis balls as they flew at him at full speed. Seriously, we thought it was visual effects or computer-generated imagery.

Hitting those tennis balls mid-air with your hands is hard enough, so imagine what level of hand-to-feet coordination you must have to pull this drill off. Unbelievable.

Here's the video:

"That COORDINATION 😳 "The General" challenges Nong-O Hama for the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Championship on April 21 at ONE Fight Night 9! 👑 @jhaggerty_"

Jonathan Haggerty may very well have pairs of eyes on his feet with how accurately he hits those balls. It's no wonder why his stepping teep kicks is one of his favorite weapons in his arsenal. The power, speed and accuracy are unmatched. Bruce Lee would be proud.

Jonathan Haggerty moves up to bantamweight, faces Nong-O Hama for the belt

Former ONE flyweight Muay Thai titleholder Jonathan Haggerty has moved up to bantamweight and is now looking to challenge long-time divisional king Nong-O Hama. This intriguing bantamweight Muay Thai clash has been officially penciled-in for ONE Fight Night 9 on April 21 in Singapore.

'The General', after a solid comeback campaign since losing his flyweight belt, decided to move up and try to conquer another weight class, ONE Muay Thai. It's a tough ask, of course, as Nong-O is considered one of the best the sport has ever seen.

Jonathan Haggerty has been gaining solid momentum since his back-to-back losses to Rodtang for the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world title three years ago. The English striking sensation has won three fights in a row in ONE, with the most recent being a catchweight bout against Vladimir Kuzmin at ONE on Prime Video 4 a few months ago.

If he is to beat the great Nong-O, Haggerty needs to feel at home at bantamweight, first and foremost. After the Kuzmin fight, however, we have no doubt that 'The General' is feeling healthier in a higher weight class.

The rest of the fight card for ONE Fight Night 9 is still yet to be made official. Stay tuned. The event will air live and for free to all Prime Video subscribers in North America.
