Current number three-rated ONE bantamweight MMA contender Kwon Won Il notched one of the biggest wins of his career in the promotion when he defeated former ONE bantamweight MMA world champion Kevin Belingon in December 2021 at ONE: Winter Warriors II inside the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

The winning moment of Kwon was recently reposted by the world's largest martial arts organization on Instagram, and they wrote its caption:

'Pretty Boy' landed a beautiful left hook punch straight on 'The Silencer's' liver that instantly made him wince in pain and folded him in half. The finish came in just under a minute in the second round of their MMA bantamweight showdown.

It was the South Korean MMA star's sixth victory under the promotion since his debut in January 2019. Furthermore, he maintained his 100% finish rate and kept his reputation as a knockout machine.

Since that triumph, Kwon won three of his next four fights, stopping the likes of Mark Abelardo, Artem Belakh, and most recently, Shinechagtga Zoltsetseg to climb up the upper echelon of contenders in the stacked weight class.

Kwon will challenge 'Wonder Boty' for the coveted 26-pound golden belt, and ahead of their second meeting, he shared his excitement and confidence through a recent Instagram post by writing the caption:
