WATCH: Liam Harrison’s leg kicks to the tune of piano

ONE Championship shared a hilarious video of Liam Harrison training being synched with a piano beat.

The creativity of the internet should never be underestimated. French Fuse, a musician with 293,000 Instagram followers, used footage of Harrison to create a musical masterpiece. The video started with ‘Hitman’ aggressively kicking pads before the musician added a unique piano beat.

ONE shared the clip on Instagram with the caption:

Harrison last fought in August 2022, losing against Nong-O Hama in his challenge for the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world championship. ‘Hitman’ suffered a severe knee injury in the fight, leading to a recent surgery that will have him sidelined for a couple more months. Once he returns, the 37-year-old plans to bounce back in the sport that changed his life for the better.

Liam Harrison opens up about Muay Thai saving him from a dangerous life path

Muay Thai has been an avenue for thousands of people in Thailand to escape poverty and create a better life for themselves. With that said, Thailand isn’t the only country where “the art of eight limbs” has improved the lives of young teens.

Liam Harrison was born in a bad neighborhood in England. Instead of allowing himself to go down a dangerous path, ‘Hitman’ started training in Muay Thai, which created a successful career. He explained how fighting changed his life during a video posted on Instagram:

"Obviously, I've grown up in a rough area where honestly not many people make it out. A lot of my friends have ended up in jail. While they were out in the streets getting up to all sorts, I was in the gym."

Harrison continued by saying:

"In the gym at 13, 14. Then at 15, I started to get really serious with my training ... And that's when most of my friends - some were like getting sent off to jail and they're on the brink of either going one way or the other. I totally left all that."

Since joining ONE in December 2018, Harrison has scored two standout wins in the promotion. The Leeds native knocked out Mohammed Bin Mahmoud and Muangthai PK Saenchai, the latter of which earned him a $100,000 bonus. Once ‘Hitman’ recovers from his knee surgery, the 37-year-old plans to further his legacy with more thrilling fights.
