Might as well call Liam Harrison the fighting professor.

While some fighters often have their instructional videos behind paywalls, the British Muay Thai legend voluntarily shares some of his favorite techniques for free on Instagram.

Harrison still has an entire catalogue of technique breakdowns and instructionals on his website, but he'll often share a few videos for free to anyone who follows him on social media.

Liam Harrison broke down his technique on Instagram:

"Catch kick, get their attention with a nasty knee to the hamstring, get it even more by smashing their other leg with a kick, finish off with a push and a throw and massive scoring kick across the back."

Harrison is one of the most cerebral strikers of his generation, and his series of instructional videos has been a favorite among the community for its simple delivery that even novice enthusiasts would easily be able to understand.

'Hitman' also uses these techniques whenever he steps between the ropes or inside the cage.

He'll surely translate these techniques from the gym to the circle when he faces Thai legend Seksan in a catchweight Muay Thai bout at ONE 168: Denver on September 6 at Ball Arena.

Tickets for ONE 168 are available at Ticketmaster.

Liam Harrison promises the utmost excitement when he makes his return in Denver

Liam Harrison is undoubtedly one of the most ferocious strikers in Muay Thai history, and it's his brawling style that has captivated fans across three decades.

Starting his professional career in 1999, Harrison utilized an offense-heavy style that has led to 90 wins and eight world titles.

Harrison, however, has been sidelined for nearly two years due to a knee injury.

Nevertheless, he promised his fans that he would bring his usual brand of destruction at ONE 168 against Seksan:

"I don't want to give anything away, but I'm just going to get in there, and I'm going to fight the Liam Harrison style."
