WATCH: Not even a beach trip can keep Rodtang Jitmuangnon and his wife from working out

Rodtang Jitmuangnon doesn’t stop working out, even when he’s at the beach with his wife.

‘The Iron Man’ has solidified himself as one of the best Muay Thai fighters on the planet through hard work and dedication. Although he’s a newly married man, Rodtang doesn’t plan on slowing down. The 25-year-old was recently seen at the beach playfully sparring with his wife. ONE posted a video on Instagram with the caption:

“The vibes are immaculate 🥰 “The Iron Man” defends his ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Title against WBC Muay Thai Champion Edgar Tabares on May 5 at ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video! 🇺🇸 @rodtang_jimungnon”

Rodtang’s last Muay Thai fight was in November 2022, defeating ONE strawweight Muay Thai world champion Joseph Lasiri to defend his flyweight throne. Since joining ONE Championship in September 2018, ‘The Iron Man’ has won all eleven Muay Thai fights while adding a 2-0 kickboxing record.

The 25-year-old last appeared in the Circle on January 13, 2023. He was supposed to fight Daniel Puertas, but a late opponent change led to a matchup against Jiduo Yibu. ‘The Iron Man’ emerged victorious with a unanimous decision. The Thai superstar now plans to stay active ahead of his two world title fights.

Does Rodtang Jitmuangnon currently have two fights scheduled?

There are fighters that stay active, and then there is Rodtang Jitmuangnon. After securing his first win of 2023 in January, the Muay Thai phenom quickly scheduled his next two fights. ‘The Iron Man’ will be competing in one kickboxing bout and one Muay Thai, both for a world championship.

Rodtang’s first upcoming fight will be against Superlek Kiatmoo at ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video. Superlek won the ONE flyweight kickboxing world title in his last fight against Daniel Puertas, and he’s looking to make his first world title defense.

ONE Fight Night 8 is set for March 24 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Meanwhile, ‘The Iron Man’ wants to keep the flyweight Muay Thai division moving. He plans to defend his strap against promotional newcomer Edgar Juarez Tabares at ONE Fight Night 10 on May 5 at 1stBank Center in Colorado.
