Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson will return to action alongside MMA veteran Bob Sapp for the upcoming Fight Circus 6 event this weekend.
The Rise Or Fall Of Sloppy Balboa (Fight Circus 6) will take place at Phuket, Thailand's Illuzion Nightclub, on April 1. Fight Circus is a combat sports promotion with a primary focus on entertainment. They specialize in creating one-of-a-kind events like Musical Chairs of Doom, Blindfolded Muay Thai, 2 vs. 1 MMA, and more.
At Fight Circus 6, Rampage Jackson will make his promotional debut in a Siamese boxing match with former PRIDE fighter Bob Sapp. Jackson and Sapp will be tied together for this one-of-a-kind competition, facing off against the event's promoter Jon Nutt, and Bangtao coach Andrew Wood. The shirt restricting the fighters' mobility guarantees an exciting and thrilling bout.

In preparation for their Fight Circus debut, 'Rampage' Jackson and Bob Sapp recently recreated the classic Rocky movie chicken-chase sequence. To improve his footwork, Rocky Balboa had to follow a chicken around in the first film. Needless to say, fight fans enjoyed watching Jackson and Sapp act out the scene once again.
FiteTv posted the video on Instagram with the caption:
"Chicken chasing is part of the grueling training @rampage4real and @bobsappofficial undergo in order to be in peak condition for their siamese boxing bout at #FightCircus6."

Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson Fight Circus debut: Why did the former UFC light heavyweight champion say that he would decline UFC Hall of Fame invite?
Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson's relationship with the UFC has been complicated throughout the years, and his exit has been attributed to a variety of factors.
Jackson has openly expressed his discontent with the terms of his UFC deal. Following conflicts over compensation and sponsorship rights, he decided not to renew his contract with the UFC after fulfilling his contractual obligations in 2012.
Jackson's resignation from the UFC was attributed in part to personal concerns, which he has discussed publicly. In 2008, he was hospitalized for a short time after a publicized mental breakdown. He returned for another fight in the UFC in 2015 but later cut all relations with the organization.
During a past interview with Ariel Helwani, 'Rampage' Jackson claimed that he would rather receive monetary compensation than be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame:
“I don’t fight for no Hall of Fame. What do you get for being in the Hall of Fame?”
Speaking about how he felt pushed away from the organization, Jackson added:
"Most of the fans that mainly watch the UFC thought I retired, because that’s the narrative that they pushed, and they knew that I wasn’t going to fight for them as long as they had that Reebok contract, because I was salty about that. If Dana would have gave me f*cking some money and been like, ‘Hey Rampage, I’m sorry about this Reebok deal, here’s a check,’ I would have said sh*t. But he didn’t do that.”
