ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon is arguably one of the most feared fighters on the ONE Championship roster today, but outside the Circle, he is as big of a fan of the sport as anyone else.
At ONE Fight Night 11 in June 2023, Rodtang was ringside to support his countryman Superbon against Tayfun Ozcan in his first fight back after being dethroned by Chingiz Allazov for the ONE featherweight Muay Thai world championship in January of that year.
An over-eager 'Turbine,' who was coming off a defeat to Allazov, got caught by Superbon with a meteoric head kick midway through round two and Rodtang cheered his heart out at the sight of the knockout, much like their fellow countrymen inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

In Superbon's most recent outing inside the Circle, he would go on to return to the featherweight kickboxing world championship picture after capturing the interim strap against longtime rival Marat Grigorian at ONE Friday Fights 58 this past April.
Rodtang reveals what pushed him to become a ONE world champion
Becoming a megastar in the world of combat sports can take an insane amount of time and dedication, but 'The Iron Man' was more than willing to sacrifice everything to make it to the upper echelons.
During his cooking video with fan-favorite ONE translator Frank Kittipong, Rodtang shared his secrets to success and said:
"Endurance and perseverance. I left my house at a very young age. I chose to leave and work. I followed my passion, Muay Thai. Everywhere I go, I face obstacles. I just endure and embrace them. You have to fight. Never give up without fighting."
