Rodtang Jitmuangnon already looks ready for a barnburner a week before he makes his highly anticipated return.
The reigning ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion will face the surging Denis Puric in a non-title kickboxing matchup at ONE 167 on June 7, US primetime, at Impact Arena.
Rodtang was out of action for nearly five months after he injured his left hand while training for a super fight against Takeru Segawa at ONE 165 in January.
Those health woes, however, are already in the backview mirror and Rodtang showed glimpses of his intense training camp working with his brother-in-law.

Rodtang wrote on Instagram:
"Pack it in! See you on June 8th 💪❤️🔥"
The video showed Rodtang seemingly training his indestructible chin and letting his trainer, his wife Aida Looksaikongdin's older brother, smack him on the head with the coach's mitts.
Rodtang looked unbothered by the punishment and proceeded to unleash thunder on the pads with his patented combinations.
As for his left hand, 'The Iron Man' seemed to use it as much as his dominant right hand and showed no signs of pain or discomfort when he threw his jabs and hooks.
Rodtang, who primarily fights under Muay Thai in ONE Championship, is a perfect 2-0 in his kickboxing matches in the promotion and holds wins over Jiduo Yibu and Tagir Khalilov.
ONE 167 is available live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
Rodtang not underestimating Denis Puric ahead of ONE 167
Rodtang may be considered one of the best Muay Thai artists of his generation, or maybe even of all time, but he won't take it easy against Denis Puric.
In an interview with ONE Championship, Rodtang said he's not underestimating 'The Bosnian Menace' one bit.
He said:
"I never think that I had an advantage over anyone. I just want to do my best in every fight. Everyone has talent and strength. I never underestimate my opponent. They’re all good. I need to do my homework as best I can."
