Even ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon can feel the repetitive nature of training for a fight. Luckily for him, his wife and fellow professional Muay Thai fighter Aida Looksaikongdin is always by his side to help mix things up.
ONE shared some heartwarming moments from Rodtang's latest training camp antics alongside his wife on Instagram with the following caption:
"Teamwork makes the dream work 🤝❤️ Will Rodtang take down Jacob Smith in their rematch at ONE 169? @rodtang_jimungnon"

Longtime fans of Rodtang would remember that Aida has played a significant role in helping 'The Iron Man' breathe life into his training camps.
Before his epic catchweight (141.25 pounds) kickboxing bout with the menacing Denis Puric at ONE 167 this past June, Aida ensured Rodtang would withstand Puric's body blows by honing his core with power punches.
Rodtang hopes that her presence in training camp will again be the difference maker when he defends the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world championship against United Kingdom star Jacob Smith at ONE 169: Malykhin vs. 'Reug Reug' on Nov. 8 inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
Rodtang still wary of Jacob Smith's durability despite one-sided win in May 2022
Rodtang knows what to expect from Jacob Smith after dominating him in his promotional debut at ONE 157 in May 2022. However, Rodtang is not one to discount any opponent.
In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, the Jitmuangnon Gym star opened up on why he has to be careful of the third-ranked ONE flyweight Muay Thai competitor in their rematch:
"His durability. He's very tough, and he doesn't give up."
ONE 169 will air live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
