Tawanchai PK Saenchai has seemingly operated with a cloak of invincibility, but Jo Nattawut has managed to remind us that he's a mere mortal after all.
Despite losing two closely-contested bouts against the reigning featherweight Muay Thai world champion, 'Smokin' Jo has certainly pushed the Thai superstar to the limit like no other challenger has.
Ahead of the two rivals' upcoming trilogy bout at ONE 169: Atlanta, ONE Championship recently shared footage of Nattawut catching Tawanchai off guard and landing a nasty combination.
"Jo Nattawut lands HEAVY 👊 Can "Smokin" Jo press the pedal to the metal against Superbon at ONE Friday Fights 81 and Tawanchai in their rubber match at ONE 169: Atlanta?"

This brutal two-piece came about at ONE 167 last June, where Tawanchai narrowly escaped with a majority decision verdict after five full rounds.
This was one of the challenger's best moments in the fight, where he faked a left straight to find the opening for a crushing right hook that landed flush.
Tawanchai showed great reflexes in putting up his hand to guard for the ensuing right kick, but 'Smokin' Jo's explosive power still visibly wobbled the champ's head.
ONE 169: Atlanta will take place at State Farm Arena on Nov. 8.
Jo Nattawut locks horns with Superbon before Tawanchai trilogy
Before sharing the Circle with Tawanchai anew, Jo Nattawut will return to action first in the headlining act of ONE Friday Fights 81 this coming Sept. 27 at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
However, it won't be a warm-up fight for the second-ranked featherweight Muay Thai contender. After all, he'll be dueling another striking savant known for his destructive kicks, champion Superbon.
The interim featherweight kickboxing world will indeed be another risky bet for 'Smokin' Jo. Then again, that's just how the fearless 35-year-old veteran likes it.
