ONE Championship's very own, Stamp Fairtex recently recreated a heart-warming photo with her dad that went viral on Instagram this week.

Ahead of her next match, Stamp paid tribute to her dad, who was her first boxing coach and trainer, by taking a ‘before and after’ picture of themselves sitting on a bridge in Bangkok.

On Tuesday, ONE Championship reposted her cute Instagram reel with the caption:

“Family first ❤️ Thai megastar Stamp Fairtex takes on MMA powerhouse Alyse Anderson on May 5 at ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video! 🔥”

Here’s what some of the fans had to say about the photo:

“Omg your dad didn't age a day 😳😳😳.”
“Her smile.. then and now ❤️”
“Many reasons to call you the best of the best. As a fighter. As a family person. As a woman. Stay like this please 🙏.”

The former two-sport world champion is looking to make her dad even prouder as she aims to win her next MMA bout on American soil for the first time. Stamp will return to action in less than three months to challenge American rising star Lil’ Savage Alyse Anderson in an atomweight clash on May 5 at ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video.

Their fight in Colorado will be one for the history books as Stamp looks to solidify her shot at the world title, while Anderson looks to catapult herself as a serious contender in the division with an upset victory on her resume.

Stamp Fairtex calls fight against Angela Lee as the most defining fight of her MMA career

Stamp Fairtex has experienced many career-defining moments since she joined ONE Championship. But one experience stands out to her the most.

Despite winning the ONE Women’s Atomweight World Grand Prix, Stamp continued to feel a sense of vitriol coming from the MMA community on social media. In their eyes, she still wasn’t a legitimate MMA fighter.

But that all changed when she faced ‘Unstoppable’ Angela Lee for the ONE atomweight world title.

Stamp put her jiu-jitsu and boxing skills to the test against Lee and nearly came close to finishing as the dominant champion in the first round. Despite falling short to Lee by submission, the Thai superstar left the stage feeling a sense of pride.

She told ONE:

“My performance in that fight, I proved the haters wrong. Previously, a lot of people underestimated my MMA skills. I’ve been able to prove myself in fights and make those trolls silent. It was a great year.”
