Superbon Singha Mawynn and Nong-O Gaiyanghadao were seen training together with Trainer Gae.
Iron sharpens iron is a common phrase used in combat sports. Superbon and Nong-O are prime examples of that statement, as they were recently seen training side-by-side at Khun Suek Muay Thai. Superbon posted a video on Instagram showing the legendary trainer holding pads for the two ONE Championship fighters with the caption:
“Body kick leg kick 👊🏽”
In the video, Superbon and Nong-O showed their powerful kicks to the body and legs. Seeing these two elite strikers training together has become a regular occurrence. Being able to train consistently with another world champion will surely pay dividends in their upcoming fights. Both fighters are preparing to defend their respective ONE world titles in early 2023.

What’s next for Superbon Singha Mawynn and Nong-O Gaiyanghadao?
Superbon Singha Mawynn looks to ride the momentum of his first title defense into 2023. The 32-year-old Thai fighter made his ONE Championship debut in July 2020 with a second consecutive win against Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong. He then won the ONE featherweight world kickboxing title against Giorgio Petrosyan in 2021 before defending the title against Marat Grigorian in March 2022.
Superbon will return in the main event of ONE on Prime Video 6. His latest challenger will be Chingiz Allazov, who won the ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Grand Prix. Allazov holds a promotional record of 3-1 with three consecutive wins. Meanwhile, the current featherweight kickboxing champion hasn’t lost since joining ONE in 2020.
Nong-O Gaiyanghadao, the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion, made his ONE debut in 2018 and won two fights that year. He competed four times in 2019 and once in 2020, winning all five bouts. The 36-year-old was inactive in 2021 but returned in 2022 with two wins inside the distance.
Nong-O is returning to competition in early 2023. ONE Championship recently made a deal to host events at the legendary Lumpinee Stadium on a weekly basis. The bantamweight Muay Thai king is putting his 9-0 promotional record on the line against former kickboxing titleholder Alaverdi Ramazanov in the main event of the first ONE Lumpinee show. Luckily, the 36-year-old has an elite training partner in Superbon to prepare.
