ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion Tawanchai PK.Saenchai and ONE atomweight Muay Thai star Supergirl Jaroonsak have the most educated pairs of legs in the sport today. These two Muay Thai warriors use their legs just as dangerously as they would use their arms.

Particularly, the lethal use of their knees in the clinch position can effectively rearrange anybody's insides. In a video released by ONE Championship, we saw Tawanchai PK.Saenchai and Supergirl practicing their clinch knees.

Both look devastatingly painful:

Tawanchai uses his knees like a baseball bat and swings it to his opponent's sides with destructive force. Judging from the redness of his sparring partner's side, it's safe to say that you shouldn't allow yourself to get hit by those knees.

As for Supergirl, the Jaroonsak fighter uses her knee strikes like how one would throw a push kick. While in the Muay Thai plum position, Supergirl would raise her knees as high as she could and then thrust it forward like a spear to the sternum. With her lithe and lengthy frame, she can easily produce leverage and torque with this type of knee strike.

Better choose which one works for you and start drilling it in the gym.

The 23-year-old world champion started with hard push kicks just to keep his Turkish opponent at bay. Without any set-up whatsoever, Tawanchai exploded with a whip-like low kick that instantaenously paralyzed Yusupov's lead leg.

The Turkish kickboxer started limping around so much that referee Olivier Coste stopped the bout at 49 seconds into the first round.

The young Muay Thai phenom won a cool $50,000 bonus from ONE Championship after defending his world title in such an amazing fashion.

In his post-fight interview with Mitch Chilson, Tawanchai PK.Saenchai expressed tremendous gratitude to ONE and his die-hard fans:

“Yes, I would like to thank all my fans who came here to support me today. This place, this Lumpinee Stadium means a lot to me. I was born here, this place is like Mecca for me. I feel very happy, I have nothing to say. I’m speechless but I’m super happy.
