Not long ago, Khamzat Chimaev took to social media to speak out against infamous right-wing politician Rasmus Paludan, who burned the Quran in front of the Turkish embassy in Stockholm earlier this month.

The UFC's No.3-ranked welterweight posted a message on Instagram strongly protesting against the act and rebuked the Swedish government for letting it happen. 'Borz' posted a picture with the politician holding the Quran and wrote:

"HE IS A TERRORIST FOR US, I AM MUSLIM BUT NEVER BEEN AGAINST ANYBODY'S RELIGION, NEVER DONE WHAT HE DOES TO ANYBODY's RELIGION, WHY YOU LET HIM DO THIS. We all shouldn't keep quiet, you call us brothers so show us some respect."

However, it seems that Paludan has committed this brazen act once again. This time, the Danish-Swedish dual national has blamed Khamzat Chimaev for his actions.

In a video posted by journalist Sameera Khan on Twitter recently, Paludan can be seen burning the Quran with a text-box in the video, claiming that Chimaev insulted him.

The far-right politician wrote:

"A shame that @khamzat_chimaev insulted me. So I decided to burn a book in his honor in front of the residence of the Russian Ambassador in Denmark. Will Khamzat continue to misbehave like infamous Ramzan Kadyrov? Must I teach them to behave?"

Khamzat Chimaev takes Chechen dictator Ramzan Kadyrov's son to train with him at Tiger Muay Thai

It seems Khamzat Chimaev has taken Ramzan Kadyrov's teenage son, Ali Kadyrov, along with him to Thailand to train together at the famous Tiger Muay Thai facility.

The relationship between the Chechen leader and the 28-year-old grappling phenom is well known across the MMA community. Chimaev's fans regularly see social media posts showing his familiarity with the Kadyrov family. 'Borz' also trains the leader's sons in mixed martial arts.

In a tweet posted by journalist Karim Zidan, Khamzat Chimaev can be seen training with the teenager along with an entourage of Kadyrov-affiliated fighters in Phuket, Thailand.

Interestingly, 'Borz' also cornered the dictator's son in his debut MMA bout at the ACA 150 event last December. Ali Kadyrov faced off against fellow debuting fighter Islam Akbarov and emerged victorious after knocking out his opponent in the first round.

The fight was widely criticized, with accusations that it was rigged in favor of Ali Kadyrov, especially considering his father owns the promotion itself.

Khamzat Chimaev is currently undefeated in his MMA career with a record of 12-0. In his most recent fight at UFC 279, the Chechen-born Swede recorded a dominant first-round submission victory over Kevin Holland.
