Former UFC light heavweight champion Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson has called out Jake Paul following the former Disney channel star's latest dig at Conor McGregor.

Since picking up a unanimous decision victory over Mike Tyson in the boxing ring earlier this month, Paul has refused to be candid about his fighting future. While many have expected he'll be looking to continue his run inside the squared circle, 'The Problem Child' appears to finally be looking to make his MMA debut.

Paul announced in January 2023 that he had signed a multi-fight contract with the Professional Fighters League (PFL), but no fight news had been on the horizon.

That was until his latest tweet direct toward Conor McGregor, however, in which Paul stated he's willing to face the Irishman with no weight class and under MMA rules:

"Dear Conor, I know you told my team you would fight me at 170lbs. That's never happening. But let's run it in MMA. No weight class. Just like how it used to be done. But you won't."

Although 'The Notorious' has yet to reply to Paul's offer, it did catch the attention of another fighter, former UFC star 'Rampage' Jackson.

The 46-year-old immediately went on the offensive and called out Paul for talking disrespectfully to McGregor before then laying out his own challenge to the YouTuber:

"Yo @jakepaul watch how you talk to MMA royalty, I’ll fight you in MMA no weight class for no pay. That’s a great deal.. but i bet YOU won’t. Stop disrespecting people in my f*cken sport homie. You fighting Tyson was your last straw.. go back to boxing wrestlers."

Kamaru Usman wants to see Jake Paul vs. Francis Ngannou next

According to Kamaru Usman, Jake Paul vs. Francis Ngannou is the fight Netflix must book for their next combat sports event.

Speaking on a recent episode of the Pound 4 Pound podcast with Henry Cejudo, the pair discussed Paul's boxing win over Mike Tyson and the role Netflix could have covering future events.

'The Nigerian Nightmare' said the streaming service should only put on the biggest fights possible, which would include Paul vs. Ngannou, should the pair ever agree to fight. He explained:

"For boxing events, I would say yeah, you could do a boxing event. But it has to be a special boxing event, it can't just be, 'Oh, you wanna have Friday Night fights on Netflix.' No, I don't think that makes any sense. I think definitely events like this, one-off special events I think does well. I think Jake Paul vs. Francis Ngannou, Netflix, I think that does well. I think maybe Jake Paul vs. Kamaru Usman."
