The sold-out Impact Arena crowd in Bangkok, Thailand, was treated to a martial arts spectacle this past weekend as the ONE 167 card was a massive success where 10 incredible fights were witnessed.
Fittingly, the event was capped off by the back-and-forth showdown between the defending world champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai and challenger Jo Nattawut for the ONE featherweight Muay Thai world title.
ONE Championship immediately reposted the highlights and best moments of both fighters during the match on their YouTube channel, as they wrote the video's description with:
"ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Champion Tawanchai puts his crown on the line against striking superstar "Smokin" Jo Nattawut in an epic rematch at ONE 167 on Prime Video! How did YOU score this fight?"

It was an intense, see-saw battle between the two striking maestros, as they exchanged solid strikes and combinations throughout the match. This second encounter also eclipsed their first fight in October 2023 at ONE Fight Night 15. Eventually, the judges awarded Tawanchai the close majority decision victory after the five-round war.
Tawanchai extended his reign as undisputed king, and won his 8th straight fight in ONE Championship
Following the razor-close decision victory, Tawanchai maintained his status as the undisputed king of the division and added another successful world title defense to his resume. Prior to this win, the 25-year-old star collected the same result against Superbon in December 2023 at ONE Friday Fights 46 to also retain his 26-pound golden belt.
Furthermore, he has extended his current win streak to eight, which dates back to August 2021. Several top names that the PK Saenchai Muay Thai Gym representative defeated during this were Niclas Larsen, Petchmorakot Petchyindee, Jamap Yusupov, and Davit Kiria.
