ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion and bantamweight Muay Thai king Superlek Kiatmoo9 had a flawless defense of the 135-pound kickboxing crown against Danial Williams at ONE Fight Night 8 in March 2023.
'Mini T' inadvertently awakened the beast within Superlek after knocking him down while holding onto his foot, which was against ONE's kickboxing rules. 'The Kicking Machine' methodically broke down the Thai-Australian before knocking him out cleanly in the third round.
ONE shared Superlek's stunning defense against Williams on Instagram, which can be seen below:

Superlek's next defense of the ONE flyweight kickboxing world championship came against then-debuting Japanese kickboxing great Takeru Segawa at ONE 165 this past January, whom Superlek bested in a five-round barnburner.
The Kiatmoo9 Gym star handily won the 145-pound Muay Thai crown from two-sport king Jonathan Haggerty by knocking him out in 49 seconds at ONE 168: Denver on Sept. 6 inside the Ball Arena.
Despite the defeat, Haggerty still holds the ONE bantamweight kickboxing world championship.
The Thai hero will have his first defense of the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world championship at ONE 170 on Jan. 24, 2025, inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand against Scottish sensation Nico Carrillo.
Superlek excited to see how he stacks up against Nico Carrillo
Superlek wants to witness first-hand why Nico Carrillo, the second-ranked ONE bantamweight Muay Thai competitor, is viewed by fans as one of the best fighters in ONE's supremely stacked 145-pound Muay Thai division.
In an interview with the South China Morning Post, Superlek said:
"He is said to be the best in the division and I'm very excited to face him. I haven't got a game plan yet, but it will be a great fight."
