Number two-ranked ONE featherweight contender Jo Nattawut is ramping up the preparation for his upcoming showdown with ONE interim featherweight kickboxing world champion Superbon in a non-title fight on September 27 at ONE Friday Fights 81.
The two Thai superstars will go head-to-head in front of the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. Ahead of this thrilling matchup, ONE Championship posted a short training video of Nattawut that was captioned with:

As seen in the video, Nattawut was sharpening his hitting the pads and his arsenal through various combinations. He was also doing several rounds of sparring inside the gym.
'Smokin' Jo is looking to bounce back from his previous setback at the hands of reigning ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai in their championship rematch in June 2024 at ONE 167 with a close majority decision defeat.
Furthermore, Nattawut is looking to improve his current ONE Championship record of six wins and six losses.
Jo Nattawut to face Tawanchai in a trilogy world title match on November 8 at ONE 169: Atlanta
Because their two previous matches were incredibly entertaining and close, the world's largest martial arts organization has booked Jo Nattawut and Tawanchai for a third match at ONE 169: Atlanta on November 8.
Nattawut and Tawanchai will thrill the American fans inside the Farm State Arena in Georgia for the ONE featherweight Muay Thai world title. The 25-year-old PK Saenchai Muaythaigym representative won the two previous meetings.
This means that regardless of how Nattawut's clash with Superbon plays out at ONE Friday Fights 81, he will still get another crack at the coveted 26-pound golden belt.
