The world's best pro combat sports athletes dedicate most of their time sharpening their skills in the lab and the best example for ONE Championship fans is Jonathan Haggerty.
Reigning as the bantamweight Muay Thai and kickboxing world champion, 'The General' is on the run of his life under the world's largest martial arts promotion with three of his eight wins coming by way of a finish.
At 27 years old, many ONE fans view Haggerty as the best overall athlete in the promotion and his insane work ethic in training camp is one repeatedly worth watching.
ONE Championship shared an Instagram video highlighting how the British star's preparations led him to two-sport greatness.

Where others stick to pad work and heavy bag hitting to hone their power and accuracy, Haggerty decided to take the unconventional, and arguably more fun, approach to training when he obliterated a pumpkin with a beautiful haymaker.
Jonathan Haggerty ready to put it all on the line in September megafight
Haggerty will enter the biggest fight of his career at ONE 168 on September 6 when he takes on ONE flyweight kickboxing world champ Superlek Kiatmoo9.
With Haggerty's bantamweight Muay Thai world title on the line against one of Thailand's most famous fighters in this generation, he will need to step up and produce his best outing yet inside the Ball Arena in Denver.
In an interview with Sky Sports MMA Club, Jonathan Haggerty opened up on the realities of fighting Superlek:
"For now, I'm focused on Superlek. I'm gonna fight him first. I believe he's the hardest fighter I need to prepare for. He's way above Liam Harrison and Nico Carrillo. So I feel once I can get past him, let's get it on Nico Carrillo."
