Nate Diaz recently took a trip to England for a Misfits event. While in the country, Diaz was seen at an Indian restaurant where he posted two pictures – one with Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and Lodi City councilman Mikey Singh Hothi, who is of Indian descent, and another beside an auto-rickshaw.
Lodi, for reference, is a city in California and is just north of Stockton, which is Diaz's hometown. Diaz spent part of his childhood living in Lodi, so it is clearly a city close to his heart.
Hothi also shared the same pictures with Diaz as they seem to have attended Chris Avila's fight at Misfits 18 in Newcastle.

Regardless, Diaz's photos drew significant attention on Instagram. One fan poked fun at the long waiting time for the highly anticipated video game GTA 6.
"We got Nate Diaz in India before GTA 6"
Others joked about the former UFC fighter adopting an Indian name.
"Nate Diaz to Natendra Dhanda"
Many, though, were curious about where the Diaz party was.
"Where in India"
Some, however, merely professed their admiration for Diaz.
"India love you Nate!!"

Nate Diaz last fought in July
After parting ways with the UFC in 2022, Nate Diaz went on a victory lap to enjoy the fruits of his submission win over Tony Ferguson. While he hasn't fought in MMA since then, he did recently box Jorge Masvidal on a July 6 rematch this year. This time, the bout went differently.
Check out Diaz getting his hand raised against Masvidal:
Diaz managed to overwhelm Masvidal at various points with his swarming style, dragging 'Gamebred' to a majority decision win after 10 rounds to avenge his TKO loss to the latter in MMA.
