Jonathan Di Bella hasn't lost focus over the past few months, during which he has needed to remain patient. His upcoming fight may be the toughest of his career and it hasn't exactly been plain sailing to even make it to fight night.
Di Bella was set to meet Prajanchai in a huge super fight back in April but an illness on fight week led to him failing to pass his hydration test. The fight was postponed and the ONE strawweight kickboxing world champion was stripped of his title as a result.
Despite this difficult moment for both him and his team, Di Bella hasn't lost sight of what is important and that's winning the belt back and beating Prajanchai. He will now have the opportunity to do both when the two men finally meet at ONE Friday Fights 68 on June 28.
In a recent interview with ONE Championship where he detailed what this experience has been like, Di Bella said that the goal is still the same, even if the date has changed:

"The circumstances changed, but I was ready for him and very excited to compete against him in April. We just had to take some more time."
Jonathan Di Bella wants the gold back
Jonathan Di Bella may have been stripped of his world championship but there is no denying that his clash with Prajanchai is still just as big as before.
The strawweight Muay Thai king is looking to become a two-sport world champion at Lumpinee Stadium off the back of some stellar performances.
Di Bella, on the other hand, wants his kickboxing gold back, and the only way to do that is to stop his opponent from getting it.
It's a tall order but there won't be many things more satisfying for the former champion than reclaiming his belt by beating one of the toughest opponents out there.
ONE Friday Fights 68 will air live and free on the ONE Super App and ONE's digital platforms in select regions.
