18-year-old 'The Prodigy' Victoria Lee tragically took her own life in December of 2022, sending shockwaves throughout the MMA community. The Lee family was devastated, with former women's atomweight MMA world champion Angela Lee even going into retirement.

But 'The Warrior' says he knew he wanted to honor Victoria by continuing her legacy.

The two-division champ and Prodigy Training Center founder told ONE Championship in a recent interview:

"We’re building up the gym. We’re trying to grow all the classes and get it to a point where we can not only support everyone, all of the staff and the coaches that we have on board – but then immediately turn around and give back to the community in an even bigger way than helping the kids and adults who are already training, but doing some nonprofit community work, as well."

Lee knows how much competing meant to his late sister, and that continuing his own caree would be what she had wanted for him.

'The Warrior' returns to action this weekend at ONE Fight Night 26 on Prime Video.
