In a recent vlog on Henry Cejudo's YouTube channel, 'Triple C' and Demetrious Johnson reacted to Joe Rogan's unique take on Olympic wrestling.
During episode #133 of The JRE MMA show, the 55-year-old UFC color commentator suggested that Alex Pereira's exploits at GLORY kickboxing were superior to Cejudo's Olympic achievements, saying that 'Triple C' was only competing with amateurs:
"Yeah, he won the gold medal in the Olympics. However, [Alex] Pereira when he was fighting in GLORY, he is fighting elite professionals, whereas Henry is wrestling amateurs."
Hearing Rogan's questionable take, a laughing Cejudo joked that maybe he should join WWE and become a 'pro wrestler'.

'Mighty Mouse' also chimed in, saying that the only difference between a professional and an amateur athlete is the size of their paychecks. Johnson added that Olympic wrestlers are the "cream of the crop:"
"I think, what distinguish an amateur to [a] professional? Nothing, it's just the paycheck. I mean, when you are wrestling in the Olympics, that is the cream of the crop. You ain't getting into the Olympic trial or on that mat in the Olympics by just being 'amateur', you know what I mean?"

Since leaving the UFC, Johnson has found immense success in Asia. The 36-year-old is currently the ONE Championship flyweight world champion. He holds a pro record of 31-4-1.
