Jon Jones recently opened up about his daughter's harrowing experience when she faced an unexpected intruder who had entered their home after a snowstorm.
On Tuesday night, the former UFC light heavyweight champion's 9-year-old daughter found herself face-to-face with a wild bobcat who managed to enter their home in Albuquerque, New Mexico, after a winter snowstorm.
While Olivia, Jones' youngest of three daughters, escaped unharmed, the ordeal was scary enough to terrify most parents. In a series of tweets, 'Bones' outlined that the bobcat found an easy entry inside to shelter itself from the cold due to one of his guest house doors being left open at night. He wrote:
"We had a crazy snowstorm in Albuquerque last night, I guess one of us forgot to close our guest house door all the way. This morning my little nine-year-old Olivia walked out there alone to grab a pair of sneakers she had left."

Jones continued:
"After completely walking into the room she was met with an aggressive hissing sound, she jumped on a countertop and a bobcat sprung out from underneath the bed, it stared at her, pounds in her direction and then decided to run the opposite way."

Sean Strickland brutally slams Jon Jones after 'Bones' details his daughter's harrowing bobcat incident
Sean Strickland recently put Jon Jones on blast after the former light heavyweight champion shared a story about his daughter's encounter with a wild animal on social media. After Jones shared his harrowing tale, 'Tarzan' swooped in with some harsh words for the distressed father.
While many fans expressed their concern, the ever-outspoken middleweight was in no mood to show sympathy towards the legendary fighter. Strickland chose to instead bring up Jones' past controversies involving domestic violence and other violence-related felonies back in 2021.
Quote-tweeting one of the tweets in which Jon Jones expressed his gratitude to God for nobody getting hurt, Strickland wrote:
"This is what Jon Jones says when he wakes up in the morning after smacking his wife doing lines off hookers while being b*lls deep and his c**k doesn't burn the next day. Bro come on man God don't like you. You're going hell bro read the Bible lmao!!! Maybe Satan is for you lol!"
He continued to quote-tweet another user:
"What's more dangerous... a bob cat or Jon Jones after some coke... We should ask his wife lmao!!"
Jones is preparing to face Ciryl Gane on March 4 at UFC 285. Both fighters will look to win the vacant heavyweight title.
