The most prevalent among Bas Rutten's contributions to Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto IV was his voice-over work as 'Bas' in the GTA IV television show The Men's Room.

The Men's Room is an in-game TV talk show in GTA IV, where the hosts Bas and Jeremy St. Ives discuss topics ranging from health and fitness to relationship advice and even anger management.

During a 2018 interview with Submission Radio, Rutten detailed how he helped in making the GTA IV fights more realistic:

"So what happened with the motion capture is that normally you just hit the air right and they capture that... But I told them guys... what you need to do is let me hit something because I'm telling you if you see that connect with something, you see the power coming back... We bought some focus mitts, some thai pads. So my friend was holding it up... and we started hitting and actually connecting against things. They freaked out man. The difference if you see, it's so cool."
