Denis Stojnic, a former UFC fighter, was recently arrested in a series of mass arrests in Bosnia. Stojnic competed in the heavyweight division of the UFC, amassing a 0-2 record under its banner. His overall MMA record stands at 15-3-1.
Stojnic joined the UFC ranks in February 2009 on the strength of a 5-1 record. In his debut fight, 'The Menace' was dispatched by former heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez with a second-round TKO.

Four months later, Stojnic made his second promotional appearance where he suffered a second-round rear-naked choke submission loss at the hands of Stefan Struve.
Stojnić announced in September that he had signed a contract with Bellator MMA. The Bosnian was scheduled to take on 15-1 Russian heavyweight Oleg Popovat on the Bellator 287 card in Italy. However, the fight had to be canceled due to COVID protocols.
Stojnic hails from Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia. The former UFC fighter also owns a restaurant in the region. He was the right-hand of a man named Elvis Keljmendi, who was previously arrested in connection with the use of SKY and ANOM mobile devices.
Several arrests have been made in connection with the case, including that of the head of the regional office of the Intelligence – Security Agency of BiH, a state police officer who protected the building of the Presidency of BiH, and the chief police inspector of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska (RS).

Denis Stojnic's two-fight UFC career did not go as planned; however, the former UFC heavyweight has had quite a successful post-UFC fight career.
'The Menace' has competed across several regional promotions since his departure from the UFC. The Bosnian has gone unbeaten in his 11 subsequent bouts (including 1 no-contest).
Stojnic has finished nine of his last 10 wins, including five submissions and four technical knockouts. In his most recent outing in April, the 42-year-old scored a first-round TKO win over Ivo Cuk at the Elite MMA Championship 9 (EMC 9). Prior to that victory, 'The Menace' stopped Kacper Miklasz with a first-round guillotine choke submission at EMC 7 in July.
