There is plenty of MMA content on the way for fans to consume as VICE TV's highly anticipated 'Dark Side of the Ring' featuring episodes on Nick Diaz, Ronda Rousey and others is set to premiere this coming week. The series will provide fans with never-before-told stories and provide a behind-the-scenes outlook on the sport.

'Dark Side of the Ring' is scheduled to premiere on Jan. 8 and air on VICE TV at 10 pm ET. The network is kicking off the series with a notable name as the episode focusing on the life and career of Kimbo Slice will serve as the premiere. The backyard brawler became a YouTube sensation with his viral streetfights and ended up competing in the UFC.

In addition to Slice, Diaz and Rousey, episodes that are featured include Diego Sanchez, Evan Tanner, 'The Ultimate Fighter', The Rise of Pride FC, The Fall of Pride FC, Matt Hughes and John 'War Machine' Koppenhaver. The episodes are scheduled to air in the same time slot every Wednesday beginning with the streetfighter-turned-MMA star on Jan. 8 and concluding with the downfall of 'War Machine' on Mar. 12.

When will Nick Diaz's 'Dark Side of the Cage' episode air?

Nick Diaz is a beloved fighter and will be the focal point of an upcoming episode of 'Dark Side of the Cage' titled 'Nick Diaz vs The World', which is scheduled to air on Feb. 5.

The episode will discuss Diaz's infamous five-year ban for marijuana use and questions whether the former Strikeforce champion was his own worst enemy throughout his career. It will be a star-studded episode as the Stockton native's former foe Georges St-Pierre will be featured.
