However, the Pole stated that he believes Makhachev will win via decision after five rounds of fighting and will need to avoid "stupid" mistakes against the Brazilian.

While speaking to Lynch on his YouTube channel, Mateusz Gamrot stated:

"This is going to be great fight, I think if Islam [Makhachev] doesn't make stupid mistakes he wins. I think my bet is going to be Islam beat Oliveira."

Islam Makhachev and Charles Oliveira will headline a stacked card in Abu Dhabi. The UFC lightweight title isn't the only belt up for grabs this weekend, with Aljamain Sterling putting his bantamweight crown on the line against T.J. Dillashaw in the co-main event.

Oliveira and Makhachev are both on impressive win streaks. The Dagestani is undefeated since 2015 with 'do Bronx' remaining unbeaten since 2017. The Brazilian was stripped of the lightweight title after a controversial weight miss at UFC 274.

Oliveira has arguably fought tougher opponents in his latest outings, facing the likes of Michael Chandler, Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje in back-to-back bouts. The Dagestani's latest win came against Bobby Green in February this year.
