Many fans were left wondering how the merger would work, thinking the fighters from both organizations will fight together. However, the basic structure of both companies has not changed, and the fights will be conducted in the same manner. All that has changed is the ownership and potentially some of the sponsorships.

Fans wanted to see the likes of Conor McGregor and Colby Covington step into the ring to face Roman Reigns.

UFC president Dana White reacts to Endeavor's purchase of WWE and the merger

Dana White will remain the face of the company following the merger with Endeavor, which also purchased WWE. This brings the company's total net value to a staggering $12 billion. Fans can expect to see more collaborations and promotions in both companies. In a recent interview, White reacted to the merger saying:

"This company has been on fire for the last seven years and now that we will be adding WWE to the portfolio, I am excited to take this to another level. Vince (McMahon) is a savage in the wrestling space, Ari (Emanuel) is a beast at what he does, and then add what we at UFC bring to the table and there is no limit to what this company can accomplish in the next few years."

Dana White runs a tight ship and believes Vince McMahon does the same with the WWE. He is excited to see how the partnership will flourish as both organizations come together.
