MMA fighters typically use their post-fight interviews as a way to set the stage for their next fight or make an argument as to why they deserve a title shot, but one PFL star decided to take a different approach and used it as an opportunity to shoot his shot with WWE superstar Liv Morgan.
On Week 8 of the PFL Challenger Series, Denzel Freeman put on an impressive performance as he defeated Raiden Kovacs via first-round TKO after dropping him with a head-kick in 27 seconds.
After the fight, Freeman sent a message to Morgan that he wanted to take her out on a date.
"If Liv Morgan is listening, I'm trying to take you out on a date, girl."

MMA journalist Ariel Helwani took notice and even tagged the WWE superstar in his tweet. Freeman responded and noted that he was just taking the opportunity to shoot his shot, writing:
"Shooters gotta shoot."
Morgan retweeted his response to Helwani, which signifies that she saw the video of him shooting his shot, but hasn't responded yet.
