An 11-year-old Arman used to receive 500 rubles per hour for working for his father, giving him invaluable business experience. Arman was born in an Armenian family in the country of Georgia in 1996, and they moved to Russia when he was still a child.

The consensus is that Nairi Tsarukyan's entrepreneurial endeavors in the construction business saw him achieve considerable success in Russia and beyond.

Arman has consistently indicated that his father imbibed a strong work ethic in him, alluding that it's benefitted him in both the business and combat sports realms. His sports pursuits, be it wrestling and hockey in his younger years or MMA in his adulthood, were fueled by Nairi's motivation and support.

Per WAD News, Nairi Tsarukyan boasts considerable assets and an opulent lifestyle as a business tycoon in the construction industry. It was highlighted that Nairi's success in that industry came after the family migrated from Georgia to Russia.

From the time, Nairi and his family moved to Russia in 1999 -- when Arman Tsarukyan was just three -- to the current year (2025), their business empire has massively evolved. It's credited to Nairi's ability to establish connections and identify opportunities in the Russian real estate market, in addition to his entrepreneurial acumen.

It was suggested that the intricacies of Nairi Tsarukyan's business dealings have largely been kept away from the public eye, helping the family maintain significant privacy and security in their pursuits.

Nairi and his wife Anaid's three children -- Artur Tsarukyan, Arman Tsarukyan, and Isabella Tsarukyan -- personal business pursuits seem to be guarded, away the the public spotlight, akin to their father.

However, Arman Tsarukyan has lately established himself as a prominent public personality, with his MMA success in the UFC and social media presence. Fondly labeled the Armenian Bruce Wayne, he's known to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle with high-end properties, supercars, and access to private jets, helicopters, etc. In 2024, the UFC star surprised UFC boss Dana White with his lifestyle.

Furthermore, back in January 2018, Arman Tsarukyan put forth an Instagram post, featuring a photo of himself with his father at a water park. It also comprised a couple of videos of him and Nairi Tsarukyan. Arman's statement in the post read:

"We had a lot of fun dragged my dad to the water park after the slide he holds on to his heart."
