Why did Jake Cornish quit Love Island?
Cornish's decision to leave the All Stars version of Love Island came after he was paired with his ex-girlfriend, Liberty Poole. The couple had previously dated during the seventh season of the show but had broken up before the finale.
Despite their history, the public voted for Cornish and Poole to be coupled up again in the All Stars series. However, Cornish felt that he had not made a romantic connection with Poole and decided to leave the villa.

"I've done a bit of dating and seen a couple of people. But to be honest with you, I'm seeing someone at the minute. We keep our life private, like our relationship private because there's a lot of opinions involved, and I'm happy where I am at the minute, and she supports me.
"So we keep it nice and private. And then, yeah, maybe one day something will be shown but at the minute it is just purely boxing. I don't go out drinking. I don't go out partying. I'm purely myself and my dog."
