Luciana Andrade is a name that may be familiar to more hardcore MMA fans who regularly watch UFC events. She often appears on cards held in the U.S., as well as pay-per-view shows.
Andrade made her debut as a ring card girl for the promotion in 2014 at UFC Fight Night 56. She has since become one of the most widely recognized ring card girls in the sport.
After featuring on Ariel Helwani's show, The MMA Hour, several weeks ago to translate Charles Oliveira's interview with the Canadian journalist, Andrade has made a return appearance. Helwani labaled her an "internet sensation" for the positive reception she garnered during the interview.
He also announced that the duo would be hosting a show together, partly as a result of the overwhelming reactions to her debut appearance. However, Ariel Helwani stated that the show is yet to be named, saying:

Luciana Andrade dispells rumor that UFC ring card girls earn more than fighters
Luciana Andrade, one of the most prominent ring card girls in the UFC, appeared on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani several weeks ago. During the interaction, she shared her thoughts on the rumors that some fighters earn less than ring card girls.
UFC fighter pay has been a controversial issue for many years. Fighters and fans have both pointed the finger at the promotion and its president Dana White, calling out the unequal revenue share within the company's pay structure.
On The MMA Hour, Luciana Andrade stated that ring card girls simply don't work enough to out-earn fighters, as many had claimed:
"It's not true, we don't make more money than the fighters. Think about it, we have 14 girls across the globe... Let's talk about the U.S. girls, we're six in total and we rotate. So you work once, twice a month if you're lucky. Let's use common sense, do you really think that we would be making more money than the fighters and the commentators."
