UFC Fight Night: Sandhagen vs. Nurmagomedov (also known as UFC on ABC 7) is set to take place on Saturday, August 3 (U.S. time).
Taking the main event slot in Abu Dhabi will be an intriguing bantamweight clash between the No.2-ranked Cory Sandhagen and the No.10-ranked undefeated standout Umar Nurmagomedov.

Cory Sandhagen will be eyeing a fourth consecutive victory when he takes on an undefeated opponent in Saturday's main event. In his latest trip to the octagon in August, 'Sandman' picked up a unanimous decision victory over Rob Font.
Umar Nurmagomedov (17-0)
Umar Nurmagomedov will hope to keep his unbeaten record intact when he faces one of the biggest challenges of his career. The unbeaten Dagestani has finished three of his five UFC fights and is fresh off a unanimous decision win over Bekzat Almakhan in March.
Shara Magomedov (13-0)
Shara Magomedov edged out a unanimous decision victory over Bruno Silva in his promotional debut at UFC 294 in October. In his subsequent outing in June, 'Shara Bullet' dispatched Antonio Trocoli via third-round TKO. The Dagestani will hope to carry that momentum into his third UFC appearance this Saturday.
Michał Oleksiejczuk (19-8-1NC)
Michał Oleksiejczuk is in dire need of getting his hand raised this Saturday. The Polish fighter is 1-3 in his last four fights and was finished in his last two via technical submission. His recent defeat came at the hands of Kevin Holland in June.
Marlon Vera (23-9-1D)
Marlon Vera is 1-2 in his last three fights and is coming off a title-fight loss to Sean O'Malley at UFC 299. The Ecuadorian will hope to get back into title contention with a statement performance in Abu Dhabi.
Deiveson Figueiredo (23-3-1D)
Deiveson Figueiredo made a successful 135-pound debut last December where he scored a dominant unanimous decision victory against Rob Font. In his subsequent outing at UFC 300, the former flyweight champion submitted Cody Garbrandt in the second round.
Tony Ferguson (25-10)
Tony Ferguson will look to snap a seven-fight skid when he returns to the octagon on Saturday. 'El Cucuy' was stopped in four of those losses with his latest defeat coming against Paddy Pimblett via unanimous decision at UFC 296.
Michael Chiesa (16-7)
Michael Chiesa has also hit a rough patch lately, going winless in his last three outings. 'Maverick' was finished in two of those losses and is fresh off a submission loss to Kevin Holland at UFC 291.
Mackenzie Dern (13-5)
Mackenzie Dern finds herself on a two-fight skid for the first time in her career. The Brazilian endured a TKO loss against Jessica Andrade in November before dropping a unanimous decision to Amanda Lemos at UFC 298 in February.
Loopy Godinez (12-4)
Loopy Godinez ended up on the wrong side of a unanimous decision against Virna Jandiroba last time out in March. The loss ended the Mexican's four-fight win streak.
Joel Alvarez (20-3)
After registering four consecutive finishes through 2019-21, Joel Alvarez was oblitered by Arman Tsarukyan in February 2022. However, the Spaniard bounced back impressively by submitting Marc Diakiese in his latest outing in July 2023.
Elves Brenner (16-4)
Elves Brenner's five-fight win streak came to a halt in a unanimous decision loss to Myktybek Orolbai at UFC 301. The Brazilian will hope to fight his way back into the win column when he returns to the octagon in Abu Dhabi.

Azamat Murzakanov will be seeking a fourth consecutive victory under the promotional banner this weekend. Two of the Russian's UFC wins came via stoppage with his latest triumph coming over Dustin Jacoby via decision in April 2023.
Mohammad Yahya (12-4)
Mohammad Yahya's UFC debut didn't go to plan as he ended up on the wrong end of a unanimous decision against Trevor Peek last October. The loss ended Yahya's five-fight win streak.
Kaue Fernandes (8-2)
Much like his opponent, Kaue Fernandes came up short in his octagon debut in November, falling to Marc Diakiese via split decision. The Brazilian is 2-2 in his last four fights.
Shamil Gaziev (12-1)
Shamil Gaziev suffered a fourth-round TKO loss against Jairzinho Rozenstruik in his sophomore UFC appearance in March, marking his first career defeat. The Bahranian will look to get back to his winning ways when he returns to the octagon on Saturday.
Don'Tale Mayes (11-6-1NC)

Viktoriia Dudakova is set to make a third UFC appearance seeking her 9th professional victory. The undefeated Russian scored a first-round TKO win over Istela Nunes in her octagon debut and followed that up with a unanimous decision victory over Jinh Yu Frey last October.
Sam Hughes (8-6)
Sam Hughes will look to rebound from her unanimous decision loss to Yazmin Jauregui earlier this year. The Iowa native is 3-5 under the promotional banner.
Jai Herbert (12-5-1D)
Jai Herbert is coming off a unanimous decision loss to Fares Ziam in July 2023. Prior to that defeat, 'The Black Country Banger' battled Ludovit Klein to a majority draw.
Rolando Bedoya (14-3)
Rolando Bedoya is 0-2 under the UFC banner and is in dire need of a win. 'The Machine' fought ended up on the wrong end of a split-decision against Kalinn Williams in his octagon debut before getting outpointed by Kenan Song last August.
Sedriques Dumas (9-2)
Sedriques Dumas is 2-2 in the UFC with both the losses coming via stoppage. The Florida native was most recently dispatched by Nursulton Ruziboev via first-round TKO.
