Jessica Andrade vs. Lauren Murphy (women's flyweight)

Glover Teixeira (33-8)

Glover Teixeira has the opportunity to reclaim the 205-pound gold after losing it to Jiri Prochazka via fifth-round submission in his first title defense at UFC 275 in June. The Brazilian was originally supposed to take on Prochazka in a championship rematch but withdrew from the bout after the Czech fighter relinquished the title due to a shoulder injury.

Jamahal Hill (11-1-1)

Jamahal Hill has the opportunity to become a champion after Magomed Ankalaev and Jan Blachowicz fought to a split draw in their vacant title bout at UFC 282, leaving the promotion without a light heavyweight champion last month. 'Sweet Dreams' will enter the bout on the back of a three-fight win streak, with his latest triumph coming over former title challenger Thiago Santos back in August.

Deiveson Figueiredo (21-2-1)

Deiveson Figueiredo has the opportunity to pick up a second consecutive win over long-time nemesis Brandon Moreno after dethroning the Mexican in their latest meeting last January. 'Deus da Guerra' is 1-1-1 against Moreno and will be determined to end this rivalry in convincing fashion.

Brandon Moreno (20-6-2)

Brandon Moreno fell to Deiveson Figueiredo in their trilogy bout a year ago. However, the Mexican picked up a third-round TKO win against Kai Kara France at UFC 277 in July. 'The Assassin Baby' will look to become a two-time champion with a win at UFC 279 this Saturday.

Gilbert Burns (20-5)

Gilbert Burns is coming off a three-round war against undefeated sensation Khamzat Chimaev last April, where he lost via unanimous decision. 'Durinho' is 1-2 in his last three bouts and will aim for a strong performance as he hopes to get back into the win column.

Neil Magny (27-9)

Neil Magny dispatched Daniel Rodriguez via third-round submission last time out in November. In the process, 'The Haitian Sensation' picked up his 20th victory under the promotional banner. Magny will be looking for his second straight win on Saturday.

Lauren Murphy (16-5)

Lauren Murphy suffered a fourth-round TKO defeat against Valentina Shevchenko in September 2021 but bounced back with a win over former champion Miesha Tate. Murphy edged out 'Cupcake' last July and will be looking to continue that momentum into her upcoming bout as she faces another former champion.

Paul Craig (16-5-1)

Paul Craig fell to Volkan Oezdemir via unanimous decision last time out in July. Before that defeat, 'Bearjew' went unbeaten in his previous six bouts, which included one draw.

Johnny Walker (19-7)

Johnny Walker has struggled for consistency in the last few years inside the octagon, going 2-4 in his last six bouts. However, the Brazilian managed to pick up a first-round submission win over Ion Cutelaba last time out in September and will be looking to continue his winning ways at UFC 279 this Saturday.
