The UFC is returning to the APEX Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, for its upcoming Fight Night card. Brace yourselves for a night of epic battles as we look at the exciting fighters gracing the UFC card tonight.

UFC Fight Night: Burns vs. Brady (also known as UFC Vegas 97 and UFC Fight Night 242) is set to go down on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024 (U.S. time).

Taking the main event slot of UFC Vegas 97 will be a welterweight clash between the No.6-ranked contender Gilbert Burns and the No.8-ranked Sean Brady.

In the co-main event, No.6-ranked women's flyweight contender Jessica Andrade will square off against the No.8-ranked Natalia Silva.

UFC card tonight: Burns vs. Brady - Main card fighters

Here is a list of all the main card fights for this weekend's UFC Fight Night event:

Gilbert Burns vs. Sean Brady (welterweight)

Jessica Andrade vs. Natalia Silva (women's flyweight)

Steve Garcia vs. Kyle Nelson (featherweight)

Matt Schnell vs. Cody Durden (bantamweight)

Trevor Peek vs. Yanal Ashmouz (lightweight)

Rong Zhu vs. Chris Padilla (lightweight)

Gilbert Burns (22-7)

Gilbert Burns finds himself on a two-fight skid for the first time in his career. 'Durinho' endured a unanimous decision loss against current welterweight champ Belal Muhammad at UFC 288 before getting knocked out by Jack Della Maddalena at UFC 299 earlier this year.

Sean Brady (16-1)

Sean Brady was handed his sole career loss by Belal Muhammad at UFC 280 back in October 2022. However, the Pennsylvanian bounced back by submitting UFC veteran Kelvin Gastelum in his subsequent outing last December.

Brady will look to put together another win streak when he faces a former title challenger this weekend.

Jessica Andrade (26-12)

Jessica Andrade went on a three-fight skid in 2023 but rebounded with a technical knockout win over Mackenzie Dern in November. In her subsequent outing, 'Bate Estaca' scored a split decision victory over Marina Rodriguez at UFC 300 in April.

Natalia Silva (17-5-1D)

Natalia Silva will be seeking her 12th consecutive professional victory this weekend. The Brazilian is 5-0 in the UFC and is coming off a unanimous decision win over Viviane Araujo earlier this year.

Steve Garcia (16-5)

Steve Garcia is riding a four-fight streak with all of those victories coming via KO/TKO under two rounds. In his latest outing, 'Mean Machine' dispatched Seung Woo Choi in July.

Kyle Nelson (16-5-1D)

Kyle Nelson will be eyeing a fourth consecutive win this Saturday. The Canadian picked up back-to-back decision wins last year and is fresh off a TKO victory over Bill Algeo in March.

Matt Schnell (16-8-1NC)

Matt Schnell hopes to get back on track after getting knocked out in his last two fights. The Louisiana native was most recently obliterated by Steve Erceg earlier this year.

Cody Durden (16-6-1D)

Much like his opponent, Cody Durden was also stopped in his last two fights. In his latest trip to the octagon, the ATT fighter endured a TKO loss against Bruno Silva in July.

Trevor Peek (9-2-1NC)

Trevor Peek has alternated losses and wins across his four-fight UFC career. Most recently, the Alabama native dropped a unanimous decision to Charlie Campbell in April.

Yanal Ashmouz (7-1)

Yanal Ashmouz scored a knockout win over Chris Duncan in his UFC debut but suffered a unanimous decision loss against Chris Duncan in his sophomore appearance in July 2023. 'Red Fox' will hope to get back into the win column when he returns to the octagon this weekend.

Rong Zhu (25-5)

Rong Zhu submitted Shin Haraguchi at the UFC - Road to UFC Season 2: Las Vegas Finals in February. The Chinese fighter will be eyeing a fifth consecutive victory when he makes his promotional debut against another streaking opponent.

Chris Padilla (14-6)

Chris Padilla scored a first-round submission win over James Llontop in the octagon debut in April. It was the Californian's fourth straight finish.

Isaac Dulgarian vs. Brendon Marotte (featherweight)

Felipe dos Santos vs. Andre Lima (flyweight)

Yi Zhao vs. Gabriel Santos (featherweight)

Jaqueline Amorim vs. Vanessa Demopoulos (women's strawweight)

Andre Petroski vs. Dylan Budka (middleweight)

Zygimantas Ramaska vs. Nathan Fletcher (featherweight)

Isaac Dulgarian (6-1)

Isaac Dulgarian impressed in his UFC debut with a first-round TKO of Francis Marshall. However, the Missourian ended up on the wrong end of a split decision in his subsequent outing against Christian Rodriguez in March.

Brendon Marotte (8-2)

Brendon Marotte's octagon debut didn't go to plan as he was stopped by Terrance McKinney in the first round. 'The Kid' will be determined to get his hand raised when he makes his sophomore appearance this weekend.

Felipe dos Santos (8-1-1NC)

Felipe dos Santos dropped a unanimous decision to Manel Kape last September but rebounded with a split decision victory over Victor Altamirano in February. The Brazilian will look to go 2-1 in the UFC when he faces an unbeaten opponent at the UFC APEX.

Andre Lima (9-0)

Andre Lima will hope to keep his undefeated record intact when he makes his third promotional appearance on Saturday. In his latest outing, 'Mascote' edged out a split decision win over Mitch Raposo at UFC 302.

Yi Zhao (25-4)

Yi Zhao is on a three-fight win streak with two of those victories coming via first-round armbar submission. The Chinese fighter most recently dispatched Kaiwen Li at UFC - Road to UFC Season 2: Las Vegas Finals in February.

Gabriel Santos (10-2)

Gabriel Santos made a 0-2 start to his UFC career and is in dire need of a victory. In his latest outing, the Brazilian was knocked out at the hands of David Onama in June 2023.

Jaqueline Amorim (8-1)

Jaqueline Amorim came up short in his UFC debut, dropping a unanimous decision to Sam Hughes. However, the Brazilian rebounded with a TKO of Montserrat Ruiz and followed that up with a submission victory over Cory McKenna in March.

Vanessa Demopoulos (11-5)

Much like her opponent, Vanessa Demopoulos is seeking her third straight win this weekend. In her latest outing in May, 'Lil Monster' scored a split decision victory over Emily Ducote in May.

Andre Petroski (11-3)

Andre Petroski suffered back-to-back TKO losses through 2023-24 but rebounded with a unanimous decision win over Josh Fremd in July. The Pennsylvanian will hope to put together another win streak when he returns to the octagon this Saturday.

Dylan Budka (7-3)

Dylan Budka earned his UFC contract with a unanimous decision win over Chad Hanekom at Dana White's Contender Series 2023: Week 5 last September. However, 'The Mindless Hulk' suffered a devastating TKO loss against Cesar Almeida in his octagon debut earlier this year.

Zygimantas Ramaska (9-2)

Zygimantas Ramaska will make his UFC debut on the back of a three-fight win streak. All of those victories came via finish. Ramasaka will hope to keep the momentum going when he faces another UFC newcomer at the APEX Center.

Nathan Fletcher (8-1)

Nathan Fletcher will also look to impress when he makes his promotional debut this weekend. The Liverpudlian is coming off a submission win over Daan Duijs at Cage Warriors 152 in April 2023 and will be eyeing his third straight victory.
