Joe Rogan recently had stand-up comedian Francis Foster and political commentator Konstantin Kisin over in his podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience. Still reeling from his historic episode with Donald Trump less than a week ago, Rogan couldn't help but talk about the ongoing U.S. presidential elections.

One topic the group zeroed in on was current Vice President and democratic candidate Kamala Harris and her decision to replace Joe Biden as her party's official nominee. Rogan finds it "nutty" and weird for someone who is currently seated in public office to run for another seat while still in an active position as a public servant.

Rogan found it quite strange as it would mean that the politician would have to sort of abandon his/her current job (without a replacement) in order to vie for another.

Rogan said:

"The nuttiest thing about running for president for re-election. In Kamala Harris' case, she's not necessarily really running for re-election because she's the Vice President. But she's also the Vice President that's running for President. So she has the second-most important job in the world and she's not doing it because she has to run for the first most important job. So who's doing the job?"
