'Smokin' Jo Nattawut is raring to get his shot at Tawanchai PK Saenchai's ONE featherweight Muay Thai world championship in the main event of ONE 167 on June 7 inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

This will mark Nattawut's first-ever shot at a ONE world championship after having 11 bouts under the world's largest martial arts promotion and is coming off a strong unanimous decision win over Luke Lessei last December to snap his three-fight losing streak.

In a conversation with Sportsmanor, the 34-year-old revealed how he stays sharp and ready for action despite being in the tail end of his prime years:

"The secret to me being able to be active or staying active is just working hard and staying healthy all the time. I think that's all."

With a career record of 72-11 and two draws, Nattawut is as fierce a competitor as they come and will have retribution on his mind as he enters this big-time matchup.

Nattawut knows exactly what to expect from Tawanchai after sharing the Circle with him back in October 2023, where Tawanchai left with the unanimous decision win.

Fans predict winner between Tawanchai and Jo Nattawut

ONE 167 is only about a week and some change away from taking place and ONE polled fans via Instagram who they saw winning with 81 percent believing that Tawanchai will retain.

However, some fans are adamant that Nattawut will pull off the upset:

"Jo nattawut definitely"
"That percentage looks skewed. Those people must not have seen or know how close their first fight was."

ONE 167 will air live and for free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
