Leon Edwards and Belal Muhammad were recently captured getting into a heated exchange in the fighter hotel ahead of their clash at UFC 304. The pair will headline the stacked UFC 304 pay-per-view card in a highly anticipated welterweight title clash.
The pair faced off once before at UFC Vegas 21 in 2021, with the bout ending in disastrous fashion as Muhammad suffered a brutal eye-poke, leaving him unable to continue. Both men have gone undefeated since and are confident that they will walk away victorious in the rematch.
Ahead of UFC 304, co-main event fighter Tom Aspinall caught a tense exchange of words between the welterweights during his fight week vlog. 'Rocky' can be seen alongside his brother, Fabian Edwards, and several other team members. He was heard saying:
"That boy [Muhammad] talks s**t! You p*ssy!"

Alex Volkanovski expects Leon Edwards to "let his hands go" against Belal Muhammad
With their first clash ending in tragedy, both Belal Muhammad and Leon Edwards will be eager for a more definitive finish to their rematch, and former featherweight king Alex Volkanovski predicts that 'Rocky' will be in aggressive form.
'The Great' believes that more aggression will make Edwards a bigger threat for his opponent. Volkanovski recently broke down the matchup on YouTube, saying this:
"I thought [Edwards] was quite aggressive in their first fight, and I think we're going to see that again. I feel like Leon Edwards is gonna feel like he can be a bit more aggressive with someone like Belal... I think he's gonna let his hands go, which is gonna make him a lot more dangerous. 'Cause when he does let his hands go, he's good. Edwards is really good. Even just watching his training, hitting pads. You can see there's power in his kicks."
