"You've done all the hard work" - Liam Harrison says a fighter's confidence comes from the grind behind closed doors

British Muay Thai icon and former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title challenger 'Hitman' Liam Harrison is coming up just a few more weeks before his highly anticipated return to action.

Harrison was last seen in mid-2022, when he suffered a debilitating knee injury in a world title fight against Thai legend Nong-O Hama. Now, the 38-year-old Englishman is set to make his grand return to the Circle.

That being said, Harrison has been hard at work, preparing himself for battle in the gym. 'Hitman' believes it is a fighter's duty to put in maximum effort in training, to be able to put on a show.

In a recent interview with Fight Energy Films, Harrison talked about the importance of sharpening the tools in training, to get them ready for an actual fight. The 38-year-old Muay Thai veteran said:

"Everything you do is a reaction to what you've done in the gym. So it should all be in there. You've done all the hard work, there's no need to be stopping and thinking."

Harrison's pedal to the metal style has made him one of the most exciting fighters in the world. Fans won't have to wait long to see Harrison back in action.
