Zebaztian Kadestam excited to compete in the United States against Roberto Soldic
The 32-year-old will showcase his skills in the United States for the very first time in his career at ONE Fight Night 10. He told the South China Morning Post that he's very excited to do so against Roberto Soldic, stating:
“I’ve never fought in America. I’ve never even been to America. This is going to be really cool. I’ve been wanting to go to America for a long time.”
'The Bandit' added, saying:
“I’ve never fought in America. I’ve never even been to America. This is going to be really cool. I’ve been wanting to go to America for a long time. Man, I know he’s winning a lot of fights and he’s doing a good job, so I’m not one to say that he’s a hype train. No, he’s a good fighter. But I believe that I can beat him, and that’s like an extra bonus that he has a lot of hype.”
Soldic is a very highly touted talent who entered the promotion as a former two-division champ under KSW's banner. Unfortunately, his promotional debut against Murad Ramazanov ended in a no-contest ruling.
Meanwhile, Kadestam is hoping to earn another world title shot, and beating Soldic will go a long way in achieving that goal.
Make sure to tune in to ONE Fight Night 10 on May 5 to watch Zebaztian Kadestam take on Roberto Soldic in a critical welterweight bout live from the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado.
All of the action will be broadcast live and for free across North America to Amazon Prime subscribers.
