Former ONE welterweight king Zebaztian Kadestam said he will be disappointed if his fight with Roberto Soldic goes the distance.
The Swedish powerstriker is expected to face Croatian superstar Roberto Soldic in a three-round welterweight clash at ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video, which takes place at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado, on May 5.
Zebaztian Kadestam returns to action in May following two knockout finishes last year against Valmir Da Silva at ONE: Full Circle and Luri Lapicus at ONE on Prime Video 1 this past August. Now, the Swedish born welterweight looks to keep the momentum going while facing one of the fastest rising prospects in the division.
Anticipating another exciting war with good action, Kadestam vehemently told fans what they can expect to see when they tune in on May 5. He told ONE Championship:

“This is going to be crazy, I promise you that. Man, if nobody is going to sleep in this one, I’ll be disappointed. I get chills when I think about it!”
Meanwhile, ‘Robocop’ Roberto Soldic returns to the foray with something to prove following the inconclusive outcome of his promotional debut back in December.
While many believed he would rematch Murad Ramazanov next, perhaps Zebaztian Kadestam is the fight Soldic needs to prove he can beat Ramazanov’s former rival before getting a spot in the division’s top rankings.
Zebaztian Kadestam excited to travel and fight in the U.S. for the first time
Swedish star, Zebaztian Kadestam, has competed all over Asia and Europe but never once set foot in North America, let alone The United States.
Prior to joining ONE Championship, the former divisional king made his journey to the mountaintop fighting in Asian and Swedish promotions such as Pacific X-treme Combat and International Ring Fight Arena (IRFA), to build his resume.
So fighting in the US is a dream come true for the MMA veteran. It’s a chance to showcase his skills and capabilities against big names like Roberto Soldic.
In an interview with ONE, Zebaztian Kadestam said:
“I’ve never fought in America. I’ve never even been to America. This is going to be really cool. I’ve been wanting to go to America for a long time.”
